Who is responsible

This site belongs to Fabricio Changazzo, Global Real Estate Advisor and associate agent at RE/MAX Experience, operating under the Fabricio Changazzo Global Real Estate (FCGRE) brand. For any question about your data, email fabriciochangazzo@remax.com.py.

What information we receive

We only receive the information you choose to share when you contact us:

  • Contact form: name, country of residence, goal, approximate budget, timeline, preferred language and message. The form does not send or store anything on our servers: it prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it.
  • WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you include in your message, plus your phone number or email address.

We do not ask for ID documents, bank details or sensitive information at first contact.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and advise you on properties or investment opportunities.
  • To arrange viewings, send you property information and follow up on the conversation you started.
  • With your permission, to coordinate the accounting or notary professionals involved in a transaction.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

  • WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send through WhatsApp are also governed by that service's privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google's servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address.
  • Property photos: these load from the RE/MAX Paraguay portal's image server, which receives technical request data.
  • Hosting: the site's hosting provider may log technical access data (IP, browser, date) for security and operational purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations while there is an active business relationship or interest, and afterwards only as long as applicable legal or professional obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving communications. Email fabriciochangazzo@remax.com.py and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding analytics tools, we will update this page and its review date.
